This wild ale is a blend of Fanø Bryghus’ “Harold Bluetooth” and Stepping Stone’s “Respite”. These beers were introduced to wood vessels and blended with Wild Ale from Observatoriet. The result sets a new standard for collaboration where beer originates from all the collaborating brewhouses. A unique milestone in Danish Craft Beer.
