Keg at Six D Aberdeen. It pours lightly hazy deep amber to brown with a decent off-white head. The aroma is tart, tangy, kind of intoxicating, oily, plenty of honey, honeycake, earthy, oak, leather and damp leaves. The taste is tart, tangy, oily, earthy, musty, funky, floral, kick of acidity, citrus peel, honeycake, touch of toffee, apple, sour melon, pear and damp leaves with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice balance of sweet and sour. Fun stuff.
