This beer is the result of a beautiful day spent brewing and gardening here at our brewery in Attercliffe, and stems from a shared enthusiasm for simple beers and Saaz hops between Dann & Martha from Smod, and Dom from Thornbridge. Pépin is French for seed or pip.

Can, picked up at the brewery. Also multiple pours on site. Mostly clear, dark gold. Thick and lively, lasting, lacing, bright white head. Nose has clean, ginger biscuit malt. Leafy hop. Touch of white pepper. Doughy bread. Taste is a little malty sweet, with a decent amount of hop spice, and peppery bitterness. Light to medium body. Pretty smooth. Fine carbonation. Lingering peppery bitterness to finish. Another class offering.
