On tap at The Brewery Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma has some banana. Tastes yeasty, some clove, coriander, banana if you look for it. OK

Bottle shared in Gabrovo - picked up at Nosferatu in Sofia. Pours hazy orange with a creamy, off-white head. Nice aroma, if restrained, with nose of doughy wheat, mild yeast, hints of banana. Light sweet flavour with further wheat bread character, lightly bitter hay, undertones of dried banana, lemon peel. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, more simple wheat bread, background yeast expression, faint citrus. Enjoyable hefe, although fairly simplistic.
