Draught at the brewery 2012.Dark Brown colour with medium beige head.Aroma is tosted and malty,with flavor of Brown sugar and tosted hops,mild body and smooth finish.

Draft at the brewpub - Riverside Brewery and Restaurant, in the mountains just outside Sofia. Pours dark brown with a creamy, tan head. Pleasant aroma with notes of cocoa, earth, toast and light coffee. Light sweet flavor with toasty brown bread, burnt toffee, caramelised sugars, char, dirt, dry cocoa. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation and creamy texture. Moderate sweetness to finish with further toasty bread, dry cocoa, burnt toffee, hints of dry and tangy berries, and mild earthy bitterness. Reasonably well balanced though the overall character is a bit mild. Still, pretty decent take on the style.
