330ml bottle from Morrisons - jet black body with a short lasting off-white head. Sweet vanilla nose, creamy vanilla takes the sharpness of the roasted notes, slightly dusty cocoa vibe at the end.

Cask @ Upper George Hotel, Halifax. Black with a thick light-brown creamy-smooth head. Smooth tasting too, its vanilla addition is strong in both aroma and taste, edging towards but not quite being overbearing.

Tasted blind at Steel City Beer Festival. Clear, coffee brown. Off white suds. Nose has a Bailey’s like artificial vanilla thing. Some malts. Taste is sweet, with a light roast bitterness. Thin body. Low carbonation. Light bitter finish.
