Bottle from Mr Lawrence Wine Merchants, Brockley. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Mango and pineapple aroma. Quite a herby taste, bit of mint in there. Interesting.

Bottle from City Beverage Company. It pours clear golden yellow, with a medium white head. The nose is grapefruit, peach, plastic, bubblegum even, pine and grass. The taste is juicy tangerine, grapefruit, apricot, pithy, grassy bitterness, varnish and resin, with a bitter, citric finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Flavoursome and very drinkable. An impressive start from this new brewery.

Cask at Duke’s, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Very nice, hop-forward nose of grapefruit, light pee, general citrus, flowers and grass. Light to medium sweet with grassy bitterness, some rindy and ripened citrus, and aged urine - nice! Medium in body with fine carbonation. Good and resinous to finish with more ripe citrus, mild bready toast, pine and grass. Some really fresh grass in here, almost plastic-like. It’s quite a nice beer.
