Bottle, 500 ml, courtesy of Luka. Shared with him and others. Clear red with small white head. Light funk, some cherries, moderate tartness. Soft texture.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. Assertively wild, farmhousey, also with an element of damp basement, which distracts. Thus, good but not great.

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Murky red body, pinkish, thick head. Spicy, funky cherry aroma. Lean, dry taste, very pleasant cherries, bit spicy, bit funky, nice and soft. A lovely drink!
