(Draught at Oluttupa Viisi Penniä, 20130112) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, spices, malts and yeast. Palate was quite light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, grass, grapefruit, sourness, spices, yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sour, hoppy and bittern. Very tasty hoppy saison. A fuller body would have been nice.

On tap at Fairbar. It pours an unclear yellowish golden body and a big, white head. Lacings. The aroma is citrusy, lightly yeasty and with a light bretty touch. Some pale malts. Thin on the palate, as expected, with soft carbonation, and it’s quite dry. Citrus peel, pale malts, lemon juice notes and a nice touch from the Brett. Citrusy, bretty finish. A tasteful, quenching and pleasant beer that would fit perfectly as a summer beer. 121111

Draft at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours hazy, rich yellow with a frothy, white head. Doughy malt nose, some wheat, yeast and grass. Light sweet flavor, pretty dry, faintly doughy, with lots of crispy straw. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Dry, very clean to finish, with more dough, dry straw, light sugars. Sturdy and lasting straw bitterness. Tubes!!!
