Cask at The Benleva Hotel. It pours clear golden - amber with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, floral, candied citrus peel, orange blossom and some toasty grain. The taste is firmly dry, some bitterness, floral, pithy, zesty, citrus peel, straw, grass peppery spice, soap and some biscuity malt with a dry finish. Light to medium body and fine carbonation. A bit soapy for my liking, but I don't dislike it. Fair.
