We've long recognised yuzu as being the perfect sour beer companion. In our version, we've blended Spanish and Japanese yuzu with our house culture to bring out the most intense citrus flavours. Drink fresh to enjoy maximum flavour.

Keg at BD Lothian Road. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a small white head. The aroma is big juicy citrus character, tangy fruits, yuzu, clementine, sherbet, fruit jelly, some wet hay and sour candy. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, crazy juicy, ludicrously fruity, yuzu, pithy, zesty, tangerine, sour candy, five alive fruit juice, lemon sherbet, fruit cordinal and San pellegrino soda with a dry, fruity finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. So much god damn fruit. Dangerously drinkable and hides the abv well. Tropical fun times for me.
