Cask handpump at FFTMC, Oxford with Loz, Jan, Charlotte Sun 23rd Oct 2011 Lazy creamy easy drinking bitter, though not so bitter in the mouth. Not too impressive if I am being honest, lacks much zest and life, is it brewed with hedgerow hops? Not great I’m afraid. A6 A4 T5 P3 Ov11 2.9

Cask at the Babbington Arms (JDW), Derby. Straw with a thin white head, and good lacing; grainy aroma; watery body with sweet, grainy flavours; and a dry finish. Very ordinary.
