Bursting with bright, citrus notes, we conditioned our mixed fermentation sour base beer on Sicilian lemons, zest, and fresh orange juice, while a generous dry hop of Krush T90 and Azacca Cryo adds layers of tropical and stone fruit notes, balancing the tartness with a big, juicy finish.

440ml can. Slightly hazed pale yellow, minimal head, looks sort of like cloudy lemonade. Aroma of lemon and lime zest and juice. Taste is the same, juicy and zest lemon and lime, gentle sourness, tart, a little sweet too, a touch of peach in the finish. Light-medium bodied. Really nice, especially for AF.
