Cask at The Halfway House. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, bready, grainy, very grainy and soapy citrus. The taste is dry, grainy, oily, slick, biscuit, very grainy, raw, soapy citrus cereal and peanuts with a dry, grainy finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Hard to drink to be honest. Too oily, grainy and thick. Substandard.

Bottle from Belhaven Fruit Farm. Not much aroma, but some floral and malt notes, taste very similar, not a lot going on. Touch of citrus. Finishes medium length. Not a bad session beer.
