Cask at ORB, Darlington. 4.9%. Gluten Reduced. Reddish tinged orangey amber colour, off-white foam head and aroma of malt, bread. Taste is sweetish, malty, bready, caramel, tangy, with dried fruits & grassy earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Cask (handpump) @ The Shoulder of Mutton, 38 Wallingford Street, Wantage, Oxfordshire, England OX12 8AX.Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, malty, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, toffee, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111022]

Cask, handpump at The Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxon 22.10.11 in company of Loz, Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids & also Peter Fowler (Landlord) Quite malty in the mouth. The colour is amber with a white head, the sweetness shows but there is a good tanginess, nice. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

cask at shoulder of mutton ... copper thin white head ....soft light toffeee malt ... light peach nose ... soft sweet toffee malts ... simple but ok
