A pale, bottom-fermented "double-malt" beer. A specility strong lager. A full-bodied, rounded beer with a good, long-lasting head. A good bitter-sweet balance. This beer is characterised by strong malty aromas with an initial sweetness complemented by a final intense hop aroma.

Bottled at the Potepuh beer fest. Shared with Tihi, Hrabren & Habek. Brown-amber body with a small white head. Raisins in the aroma, but mostly dried figs, dry, slightly oily, light alcohol. Taste... light caramel and dried figs, very vague roast. Meh. OK but ordinary. And too expensive.

Bottled 750ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb as Menabrea Bock. Cola coloured, medium sized pale beige head, caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, notes of dog food and metal with hint of dried fruits and alcohol. Weak in hops, thin overall...better than typical Menabrea brew but still far from good.

Deep ruby colored, weak non lasting off white head. Aroma of malt, candy caramel, some fruit, buttery. Taste is moderate sweet caramel, toffee, bread, raisins, bit toast, buttery and some alcohol (becomes quite boozy if warm) with low noble-grassy bitterness in the finish and after.Dry, medium bodied and a bit syrupy.
