Das Inbranata ist für mich wahrlich ein alter Bekannter. Das erste Mal fand ich es vor ca 8 Jahren in einem Spezialitäten-Geschäft in Bologna und nahm es gleich nach Hause mit. Dort dauerte es gefühlte 4 Stunden um die Brauerei im Internet zu finden. Wenn ich bedenke, dass Birra del Borgo inzwischen ein richtiger Konzern ist, werde ich gern nostalgisch. Das Bier ist ein flaschenvergorenes Lambic, das sich durch seine starke Fruchtigkeit auszeichnet. Es ist trotz der über 6% alk sehr mild und bekömmlich. Ein Kumpel hat es sogar als Radler bezeichnet. Sicher kein Bier für jeden Tag und Geschmack, aber meiner Meinung sehr gut.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy amber color with medium creamy off.white head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of yeast, dark fruits, cereals, caramel and candy sugar. Taste starts with refreshing fruity acidity, follows by sweet caramel, dandelion syrup and honey, while finish is slightly bitter. Medium body, syrupy texture and lively carbonation in palate. It reminds me on "innamorata", but I’m not so madly in love with this beer, although it’s a good one,,,

Bottle. Hazy rose gold with a modest white head that’s soon less than a coat. Aroma of sugary dough, oranges, apricots, light spices. Sweet and bready with a little sourish orange, spices, low bitterness. Pleasant enough. Quite liked the balance. Could have used a few more bubbles.

Cloudy light amber color; medium sized compact head. The aroma is rather yeasty, some spices. Smooth mouthfeel, some malt flavor, light residual sweetness, with a mild yeasty/spicy character. Ordinary bitterness.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Exotic fruity aroma, light alcohol. Medium-bodied. Fruity (orange, apple) flavor. Flattish mouthfeel. Some alcohol. Sweetish. Quite pleasant although not very complex beer.

Bottle 330ml.Unclear matt medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, fruity, moderate yeasty, anis seed, belgium yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120613]

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of raspberries, wheat, and barley. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, raspberries, and straw, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is spiced and herbal. Toasted malty and light herbal. Spiced and toasted malty. Dry and herbal toasted finish.
