Bottleshare @ Yggdrasil Brewing pre-open. Hazy orange with some white bubbles on top. Protein flakes flying around. Malty nose with some candy sugar and belgian spices. Tastes sweetish malty, yeast character strong and light bitterness there. Nice farmhouse character, smooth and drinkable.

Bottle. A dense, finger-thick off-white head sits patiently on top of an unclear golden-orange body. The aroma is lightly sourish, doughy and hay-ish, with a little fruityness in the back. Doughy, yeasty flavor where some fruityness saves the day. Medium body. It finishes in more or less the same way it started, doughy and yeasty with some fruityness. Could use some more bitterness, and overall, it’s not a very good beer. 120623

Amber orange color. Fairly undistinguished nose followed by an equally unimpressive mouth. Somewhat estery with notes of brandy and caramel. Light body, low hops, very drinkable but meh.
