Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with an off-white head. Yeasty, vitamin aroma. Medium body, tart fruitiness, heavy phenols and all sorts of fermentation flaws. Truly disgusting! 090212

Bottled. An unclear dark golden with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet cardboard, malt, straw, and moldy hay, leading to a bitter finish. Not very pleasant. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Nice yellow-brown mud body with a big but not very dense head. Aroma of cereals and hops surrounded by alcohol notes. Taste is a complex mix of hops with a dry finish, lingering aftertaste. Pretty good.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Hazy amber color, huge head. Quite common Ale aroma and flavor; there are traces of infection: light sour aroma, flavor of cooked cabbage; something that this non powerful beer can’t hide. Missing sweetness. Quite strong bitterness.
