Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with no head. Has a fruity spicy apple aroma. Fruity dry and slightly tart apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy and slightly tart apple finish.

70 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry and herbal apples. Dry apples, fruit and light yeasty to phenolic. Dry and apple fruity, light citric finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aorma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a tart finsih.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Lowenbrau. Pours a hazy yellow with no head. Tart apple aroma, a little yeast and Brett. Medium body, tart, dry, Bretty notes, a leathery astringency with very sour apples. Very rustic, quite some tannins. 160612

Bottle picked up in Basque Country, Spain 2011 consumed at home Sunday 29th April 2012 Pours light gold with excellent clarity. Nice lemony flavour but with some woodiness, appley, tangy and with a good dryness. Enjoyable. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle from Eroski, Leon. Pale yellow coloured. Aroma is slight sour appel, phenoles, yeasty. Flavour is apple, phenoles. Medium carbonation.

Hazy yellow cider with a lambic aroma, sourish. Sour apples in mouth with tart, sharp green apples and some lactic notes. Served using the tabla at the Asturian Association in Brussels. May 2005.
