Keg at Orsted Olbar and Cafe, Copenhagen. Pours clear, rich orange-gold with a fine, white film head. Tons of overripe citrus on the nose, some old piss, caramel, toast. Big sweet flavor with lots of sugary malts, honey, caramel, mild toast, super ripe melon, orange, grapefruit, citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty sweet on the finish, with mild dryness, some piney resins, caramel, marmalade, lots of ripe fruits, jammy citrus. Pretty nice IPA. Heavy, but nice.

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Slightly hazy amber with an off-white head. Fruity aroma with malt, ripe apples and hints of caramel and citrus. Medium sweet and fruity with a fairly dry and pleasantly bitter finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Quite pleasant IPA, slightly on the sweet side and quite strong, but nice and enjoyable!

(Draught at Örsted Ölbar, Copenhagen, 5 July 2012) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, orange peel and red berries. Malty, fruity taste with orange peel, dried apricots, a touch of chocolate and lots of citrussy, resinous hops in a fairly bitter finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Complex, tasty and very nice IPA.

2012-05-14, draught at Ørsted, Copenhagen, as It’s Living IPA, 7-5-7-4-14=37
Beautiful color, amber-copper, bright, with creamy head. At first it has a fruity hop aroma, but then a more mundane note of apples appear. Good flavor of caramel with a note of toffee; round mouthfeel, with some residual sugars; strong bitterness, the hops are quite resiny; unfortunately here as well there is a trace of apples.
Good, but with a minor flaw.
2012-05-11, draught at Danske Ølentusiasters Ølfestival 2012, Copenhagen, 6-3-7-4-14=34
Hazy light amber color. Aroma of apples. Good toffee flavor and strong bitterness. The hopping has strong resins.
Pleasant and straight; but the aroma can be improved.

100ml served from tap at Ølfestival 2012. Thin white head. Amber-gold in body appearance. Malt-fruity smell. Fruit hoppy taste up front with subdued malty sweetness beneath. Lingering, rounded bitter ending (Copenhagen, 10.05.2012).
