Mørk gylden brun klar uten skum. Lukter bakte epler, konsentrert eple. Fyldig. Søt. Smaker bakte epler som har begynt å karamellisere seg. lang varm.

Fra en meget elegant 0,375, på julaften hos Einar og Synne: vakker dypgylden farge og intens aroma og smak. Syrlig og med deilig sødme som varer og varer. Ingen grunn til å kjøpe flotte tokayere når du får minst like gode smaksopplevelser fra lokale produsenter. Mersmaken satt i hele kvelden.

Extreme slimline clear 375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikken, at an outrageous price. Vintage 2012, ABV is 10%. Deep cognac colour, no carbonation. Intense aroma of concentrated cider and apple juice, Very sweet and equally intense flavour of concentrated cider and apple juice. Worth the high price? Well, maybe once, but it won’t be my daily indulgence. Lovely stuff though.

2012 Vintage. 375mL bottle, pours a beautiful clear dark amber with a tiny head. Nose brings out loads of treacle toffee, caramel apple and brown sugar. Flavour is intensely sweet, with caramelized apples, candied sugar, and a subtle tartness. Much more sweet than most other ice ciders, entering cloying territory but not detracting. Also more tart than most ice ciders. But also very complex. A unique one for sure. Excellent.

Lovely thick oily shining deep orange golden pour with the smoothest and perfect balanced apple flavor you can imagine. WoW this really rocks from the start. Full body with a lovely powerful and balanced sweetness. It feels like eating apples, just better. I could sip to one of these the whole day. Perfect dessert. Well I could easily skip dinner also and have this one!

Aroma is lots of Aroma apples, oak, grass, apple skin, sugar, nice warming alcohol. Taste is very fresh and concentrated with masses of fresh acidic Aroma apples, sour apple skin, grass, sugar, nice warming alcohol and oaky finish. Lovely stuff!
