Draught at Danske Ølentusiasters Ølfestival 2012, Copenhagen
Muddy blond color. Peculiar aroma, it reminds me the chinese tea, with very light citrus fruits. Light body, with delicate smoke flavor and citrusy touch. Light acidity; quite strong bitterness Although it can’t be a favorite, it’s a very peculiar beer.
Thanks for trying.

Draught @ Ølfestival København 2012
Aroma is yeasty with bun dough and hints of citrus. Flavour is somewhat hoppy with yeast, some citrus notes and brown sugar. Close to a homemade mead. Quite different from the Saphir one.

Draught. Rough hop aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric with a slightly rough bitterness. Has a hint of plastic, but as much as the Nelson Sauvin version.

Light salty fishy notes, mealy. Cloudy yellow. Salty, grassy finish, not getting much simcoe.

On tap. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Buttery, smoky nose with no apparent Simcoe character. Light body, tart and only slightly malty, plasticy, smoky, tart and bitter. Again no real Simcoe character. Not enjoyable. 110512
