Tap at CBF 2012. Grape juice and salt aroma. Claret, low head. Roast, minerals, funky yeast. Dry mouthfeel. Seems disjointed to me.

Draught. Mildly sweet aroma, berries or chewing gum. Cloudy dark red colour. Big stable pink head. The flavour is sweetish with a mild fruit note. Low bitterness and good mouthfeel.

On tap. Pours a cloudy red with a reddish head. Very fruity berry-like aroma. Medium body, a dry and tart berry fruitiness with quite some yeast. Mouthfeel is a little tired. No bitterness what so ever. 100512

Draught @ Ølfestival København 2012
Served topless
Aroma is has some slightly sour cherries and hints of earthy notes. Flavour is somewhat tart with cherry juice and some oaky notes. Dry finish. Feels like juice and reminds me of Boon Kriek, the bretta is well hidden here.

Pours dark pink red with a nice smooth foamy head. Similar aroma with cherries and berries than their Belgian Dark (Cherry Red). Taste is somewhat similar, although a bit lighter bodied. Cherries, spices and berries with a slightly malty and sticky sweet finish. Bretta is again very well hidden. Still a bit too sweet for my taste.
