Draught@CPH BF 2013. Copper colour with a mediumsized off-white head, that does leave a good lace too. Aroma is mild toasted notes, along with sweet malts, mild fruitiness, some wood as well as mild nuttiness. Flavour is similar, but has a stronger touch of the alcohol, whichs adds nicely to the body and flavour of the beer. Mild bitterness in the finish, but still focused on the malty side of things.

Sample from tap, CBF 2013. Clear, amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Sweet aroma with rich caramel and toasted malts, bread and marzipan. Taste is sweet. Medium body, oily feel, soft carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity. Too sweet for me, otherwise OK.

On tap. Pours a clear dark amber with a lacing off-white head. Warming alcohol up front combined with burned caramel and pumpernickel. Rich body, lovely deep maltiness and pumpernickel with an estery tang. Warming alcohol in the finish. Quite lovely - I love me Bocks! 110512
