Bottle. Hazy golden color. Aroma has a funky background of white pepper and haystacks. Taste is dirty lemons and perfume. Reminds me of the Roze.

From Bottle at Sour & Bitter 2012. It pours cloudy light orange, with a thick white head. The nose is farmyard, sulphur, blue cheese, funk, tart lemon, lime, grapefruit and cabbage. The taste is red apple, pear, vinous notes, white grape, grape skin, lemon, grapefruit and a bit of alcohol warmth, with a smooth, tart finish. Medium body and prickly carbonation. Decent.

Bottle sample at Sour&Bitter 2012 Copenhagen. Bottle looks great as all the Veritasses. Beer in the glass light yellow, almost no head. Intense sour aroma, a bit soapy. Starts very sour, dry, modest yeasty. Mild fruity notes of lemon. Finish less sour, still quite dry. Aftertaste is dry with lemon notes. A good one!

[5/10/12] Bottle sample at Sour & Bitter. Cloudy yellow-orange. Sour aroma with some brett, oranges, oak, some earth and a some spiciness. Dry sour citric flavor with a hint of astringency in the finish. Medium-bodied.

Sour & Bitter Festival CPH 2012. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of pineapple, orange peel and pine needles. Mild funky notes, but overall very complex. Fruity and tart flavour with funk character and a touch of something green plant like.

Sample @ the Sour & Bitter event in Copenhagen. Pours hazy golden with a very small white head that doesn’t leave any trace after quickly dissipating. Smell is sweet, sour and spicy with hay, grapefruit juice, orange zest, overripe grapes, turmeric and hints of apple cider vinegar. Taste is sweet and sour with grapes, lemon juice, cloves, brett, white pepper, barnyard and turmeric. Mouthfeel is round, tiny tart and medium bodied. Finish is sour with hay, spices, bread and lemon zest.

huge funky nose with leather manure, pears very sour. Dry sour, manure pears, hay, leather, grains of paradise. A touch of caramel and bread. Not quit as tart in the mouth as I would like, but kick ass.
