On tap at CBW. Deep amber pour with a white head. Sweet candy malty aroma, yeasty. Flavor changes it up, though, with a whole lot of cinnamon. It’s a touch smoky, and despite the sheer quantity of cinnamon flavor it isn’t overwhelming. Flavor is also yeasty with malty molasses and raisin. I think it’s fairly successful, but it’s not the type of beer that excites me personally (I was much more into the aroma alone than the flavor). (Additional note: Per the bartender, this beer is brewed with a hefeweizen yeast, pale ale malt base, cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans. No bananas.)
