Another saison from a brewpub full of saisons. Im honestly having a hard time telling them apart, this is basically a clone of the flemish cap saison. Peppery, citrucy, yeasty.....a big meh.

At the brewery, August 2016. Praxis is a cloudy gold with a thick fluffy head. Eggy dry wheat and funk. Light bodied, smooth texture. The taste is lightly tart, lemon, lactic and dry brett character.

Keg at Folly Brewpub. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of salted apricot. Flavour of hay, underripe pineapple and lemon sherbet - slightly sour finish. Thin body with a fizzy texture. Rustic with a faint sourness.

On tap at barVolo, Toronto. Clear gold pour with a white head. Light tart aroma. Flavor is also a light tartness, a bit herbal. It’s decent, but pretty light.

(On tap @ Folly, Jan 14 2016) Pours lightly hazy orange gold, fairly large lasting white head, lace. Aroma of nectarine, a bit of banana, citrus, a bit of sweet malt, a bit of grass and hay. Flavour matches the nose, just off dry, a bit of nectarine flesh and especially skin. A bit of grapefruit peel. Grass and hay in the finish, bit bitter, a little malt for sweetness. Slight grain. Medium body with average carb. Nice, not a huge standout but it’s a fairly good farmhouse with fruity hints.

Light bubblegum and some hay. Hint of citrus and florals. Pours clear golden with ok lacing. Light store finish. Tap at brewpub.
