On tap at the brewery. Pours a murky pale brown with a good-sized white head. Candy aroma, quite yeasty, banana. Candy flavor as well, fruity green grape, yeasty banana, with a nice booziness that’s sometimes cidery, often white wine, but mostly reminds me of sake. That’s what really makes me like it. Extremely impressive for this brewer’s opening night.
