From a one liter swing-top bottle. Pours black with just some off-white bubbles instead of a head. Oak and cherry aroma with some cocoa. Flavor is rather tart, cherry, with some roasty cocoa, some oak in the background, finishing on a cereal note. Flavors start out muddled, but become much more clear when it approaches room temperature. Not bad.
