Mild - A lower-alcohol, easy drinking beer with plenty of malt character and lower hop presence. It has been said about this style that it "looks dark, but tastes light".

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a creamy brown head that lasted throughout the beer and laced nicely. Aroma was full of dark bread and grains with a bit of roast, toast and coffee. Flavor was similar with lots of dark grains, a bit of roast, a slight sweet chocolate note and some toast as well.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours brown with an off-white head. Aroma is a simple light roastiness. Flavor is medium-bodied with lots of roastiness, coffee, and toasty biscuit. Creamy flavor profile. Flavors are restrained as suggested by the "Mild" in the name, but the flavors here are really good.
