04/05/2012 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Arancia-rossa intensa, torbida, schiuma leggera morbida, pannosa, molto persistente. Naso delizioso, delicato ma molto caratteristico, vinoso, lievemente acidulo, con note di caramello e luppolo. In bocca è meno convincente, sicuramente complessa e particolare, ma un po’ slegata. Corpo medio, carbonazione abbondante, forse un filo eccessiva. Interessante.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear reddish amber with an off-white head. Rather sophisticated vinous aroma, slightly woody. Solid body, sweet heavy caramel, wine accents alright and a solid and dry hoppiness. The alcohol gets a little pronounced in the finish. But an interesting and sophisticated brew indeed. 300312

Bottle @ FOneFan. Dark amber/red with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus and white wine. Flavour is malt, hops, little floral, little sweet, fruit, citrus, grapefruit, little caramel, little white wine and bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy red is off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, berries, alcohol and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 300312

Bottle. Pours red-brown with a pinkish head. Aroma has got notes of sangria and red orange. Taste has got notes of clove and red wine. It’s heavy and light on the same time. Interesting, but not balanced. I liked the white wine version a lot better.

Bottle at Bishops Arms Linnégatan. Pours redish brown with a beige head. This brew is alot like sangria or a wine based cocktails, spicy and vinous taste and beeing both heavy and short tasting at the same time. This brew would have gained of more hops...
