Tap@Taphouse, CPH - pours murky brown with small white head. Medium sweet malty and fruity aroma and taste, caramel, light toasty. Ok

On tap at the Taphouse, Copenhagen. Mahogany coloured pour with a white head. Toffee and caramel aroma. Orange marmalade and caramel flavour. Sweet mouthfeel. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours opaque reddish black with no head. Aroma is sweet ripe fruits, apples, old red port wine, dried dark fruits (prunes, figs, dates) and hints of dark chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, light sour and light bitter. Body is light oily with lively carbonation. Finish is long, dry and light bitter with notes of ripe fruit, dried fruit, dark berries, chocolate and wine, but also some earthy notes (wood, leaves and autumn forest floor). Nice beer!

FC Nordsjælland vs. Chelsea FC Champions League football night tasting in Odense, October 2012. Dark ruby brown with a lasting off-white head. Toffee malty aroma with vineous dried fruit and a faint smoked hint. Sweet and rich malty flavour, with vineous dark fruits, and a touch of roasted character

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Oktober 2012. Pours ruby amber with a small white head. Chewy malty. Caramel, bread and hops. Smooth and full bodied. Good.

Bottle 500ml.ABV: 7.4%. Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, caramel, caramelized malt, light brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120331]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small white head. Toasted malty and breadish. Light spiced and toasted malty. Bitter and toasted into the finish.
