Bottled 500ml (AbM)
Amber color, medium-sized beige head. Aroma has caramel, chocolate, piney-resiny hoppyness. Light to medium-bodied. Caramalt base, a not toasted even, pine, resin. Very American brown ale. A bit darker version would be Black IPA. Allright hoppy brown ale, a bit simple.

Lightly hazy amber - brown beer, good cream colour head. Mellow brown malts, mildly tangy and earthy, trace of creamy sweetness. Piney and slightly spicy hops. Whisper of fruits. Light semi dry finish. Well joined up.

Keg at Bag O Nails, Briz. It pours hazy deep amber with a medium light beige head. The nose is fresh, bitter - sweet, toffee, cocoa, sweet orange and peach ice tea. The taste is bitter - sweet, earthy roast, coffee grounds, grapefruit, orange peel, tangy tangerine and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice balance. Flavoursome and enjoyable.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 20/12/2015. Medium brown in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Brown sugar, citrus fruit, a suggestion of toastiness and gentle finish with a hint of hop. Enjoyable.
