Tried at the Hop and Barley, Lincoln. Hazy pale golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma certainly has the elderflower but also light citrus. The taste light floral sweet. The elderflower comes through more on the taste. Oily body.

Handpull cask at the London Tavern, Attleborough. Golden, clear, with a fairly lively if small white head. Enticing scent of elderflower in the aroma. The taste however is not so focused: bittersweet, harsh and more than a bit sulphurous. Light body with good carbonation for a cask beer. Decent if workaday and a a bit imbalanced.

Pigs Ear. Hazy amber beer, no real head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Nice balance of citrus hops mild with a sweet floral elderflower. Semi dry finish. Nice combination. Goes down easy!
