Dark amber color, with brown shades. Very strong aroma of apricot almond (the ones used to make Amaretto and Disaronno). Sweet and syrupy,the flavor mixes the amaretti cookies, the almonds with some vanilla, and this is not exciting. Artificial.

Bottle 100ml.[ Courtesy of yespr ]. Clear light to medium yellow amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, moderate to heavy almonds - almond essens. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, almond, pefume - artificial almond. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. Bottled. A hazy dark amber mead. The aroma is dominated by almond, but with an underlying note of honey. The flavor is very sweet with notes of almonds and honey, leading to a dry and spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
