(draught at the source & swing top bottle, 100cl) Hazy, amber to copper colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Buttery and nutty malty aroma with notes of caramel and a tinge of herbal hoppy spice in the background. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Distinctively nutty and mildly bready malt character with notes of caramel and mildly herbal hoppy spice; sweet malty and mildly bitter hoppy finish with notes of caramel and nuts in the aftertaste. A tad sweet but nevertheless likeable Bock. 04.VIII.15

Langer Nachhall. Gut. 11/9/11/11//11

Bügelverschlußflasche; 1000 ml(many thanks to MoritzF!): Deep golden with a copper sheen, mid-sized loose off-white head, almost clear; moderate to robust sweetish woody and nutty nose with a slight touch of herbal hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and still a bit sticky; lingering bitter-caramelly finish. Nice! A well crafted franconian Bock…
