500ml bottle. Cloudy, copper-ish brown colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Fruity and slightly vinous aroma with a sherbet touch, hints of plum, morello, a bretty touch, sulphureous overtones. Taste is tart, fruity, minimally vinous, dry oaky and bretty, hints of blue grapes, plum, a touch of morello, subtle sweetness; oily texture, fine, slightly prickling carbonation. Unusual, interesting, sadly not flawless.

On tap. Dark amber colour, minimal head. Aroma is sour cherry, raspberry syrup, funky, a bit of herbal hops. Light bitterness, slightly sweet and sour. Complex and does not taste like a beer with juice. Very good!
