Cask at the brewery, smallish creamy head, clear palish yellow color, aroma of candy and citrus with a whiff of pomelo, flavor of pomelo and onion with a mellow herbal, grapefruit peel bitterness. Very nice and pleasant.

Cask hand pull at The Redgarth, Oldmeldrum. It pours clear pale with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, blueberry, floral, honeysuckle and freshly cut lawn. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, clean, piney sting, floral, pithy citrus, zingy, grapefruit, lemongrass and peppery spice with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Fresh, clean and moreish.
