Bottle. A clear, yellowish golden mead, rather oily, and still. There’s honey on the nose, but also something herbal with some resemblence to old garbage. Almost medicine like flavor, with honey in the back. Flowers. Lightly warming on the palate, with the same flavors found initially. Not a very good one, wonder what they added to it to get these aromas and flavors. 120624

09/12 Yet another Marko’s 0.75l bottle from Austria, great thanks for sharing all of these! It poured yellow body with small legs. Nice honey aroma. Sweetish, watery flavor. Honey, notes of some fruits, a hint of wood. Thinner in body with long, sweetish and slightly tart finish. Not bad, but quite weak and ordinary mead with which I wasn’t impressed a lot.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear yellow with hardly any head. The aroma has subtle hops and a little spice. Medium body, medium dry, somewhat medicinal and herbal with an unpleasant edge of making yeast that I’ve never encountered in a Mead before. Not entirely pleasant. 260212

Bottle, 12%. Waxy aroma, OK honey note. Clear pale golden colour. The flavour is sweet, perfumy and soapy with a slightly rough alcohol bitterness. Not too bad, though.
