Bottle sample at a tasting at Naama’s place. Thanks Stas. Nice deep amber honey color. Aroma of honey, plums. Sweet flavor with honey, dark fruits, a tart hint, some warming alcohol. Somewhat syrupy.

Amber color. It’s a very sweet and syrupy Mead, with a touch of Amaretto and almonds. Warming, but not too alcoholic. Good. To try again.

Bottle 100ml.[ Courtesy of yespr ]. Clear medium yellow amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, alcolhol, caramel, cardamomme, panecakes, toffee notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, alcohol, perfume. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20120420]

Bottled. A dark amber mead. The aroma has notes of honey and lots of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, spices, and honey, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Bottle, 18%. Marzipan, cognac aroma, a little alcohol and quite sweet. Dark amber colour. Looks syrupy. The flavour is nicely sweet with some distinct cinnamon and marzipan.

10 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Aroma is sweet and almost spiced from a distince. Sweet, apple fruity citric and vanilla. Smooth sweet honey and vanilla into a sweet finish.
