From tap at Ølbaren. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge tan/orange and dense head. Aroma is mild dry wooden hoppy with a light malty note hidden beneath. Mild sweet caramel malt flavoured, light biscuit note and subdued wooden hoppy accent. Medium dry and slight breadish finish. Fine and easy thirst quencer.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a clear amber-orange color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes slowly. Spotty lacing is evident. Toasted malt and caramel in the nose, with a touch of hops. Medium, smooth body with flavors of burnt malt and caramel, along with some mildly spiced hops. The finish is roasty with a caramel malt aftertaste. Above average overall.
