Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, fruity, leather. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, light sour malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120202]

bottle at papsoe tasting cloudy yellow, small white head. slightly grassy, hay like aroma, also belgian yeast, siason notes. flavor is sllightly flowery, yeasty.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Malty nose with a little flowery hops. Light body, heavy spritzy carbonation. Sweet malts, a little peppery, sweet malts, flowery hops and a yeasty edge. Has a slight tartness. Dry and sulphurous finish. 020212

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and toasted malty. Light breadish. Sweet malty, light phenolic and grassy crisp hoppy. Bitter and toasted finish, medium dry and slight phenolic.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and a bit of minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of minerals, hay, and a bit of malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are nice and fresh with some flowers, malt, hops and has lively carbonation.

Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Crispish semi dry palate. Fresh malt - with that typical marzen like flavour. A little mikly cream in there too. Mild orange hop. Minerals. Trace of banana. Finishes crisp and dry. Pretty fresh and tasty and as good as this style gets I think.
