Bottle obtained through GT2 the Beer Pimp. Bright pale yellow color with fluffy white head and lots of bubbles - looks like Budweiser. Aroma of peppery and dusty lemon peel and fresh hay. Taste is softly sour floral and herbal white wine. Very tasty.

It pours opaque coppery sort of gold with a thin near white head of foam. The aroma has a nice and malt sweetened vinegar note initially and quickly seems to be full up tartness for the remaining draw. The taste has loads of vinegar tartness mixed with crushed aspirin tart almost chalkiness and un ripe green apple tartness. Hmm. Tart?

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of yeast, brettanomyces, malt, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, pepper, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter and brett’y finish.
