330 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate fizzy head. Aromas of sugars, alcohol, dark fruit, chocolate and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional maple syrup and strong bourbon. Alcohol presence is very noticeable and thinning, but a nice warm sipper.

Bottle shared at tasting. Opaque black color, average sized tan head. Aroma and flavor are malts, soft roast, vanilla, maple, bourbon. Hmm solid.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Remarkable barrel aging. Tons of vanilla, bourbon, maple is modest, dark malt, oak, alcohol. Soft and sweet, balanced. Tastes like some expensive US big shot raffle unit, only it's a 6€ Belgian beer.
