Curiosity Thirty Seven was imagined as a beer fit for personal reflection with a gentle hop saturation and light drinking composition. Fermented with our classic house yeast and imparted with character from a blend of our favorite Northwest American hops, it exhibits flavors and aromas of nectarine, stonefruit, and overripe papaya. A soft body and ample mouthfeel contribute to a beer that is both well rounded and extremely flavorful. We hope it can serve as a lubricant to good times and meaningful reflection.

Can at Joe's. Pours hazy orange, nose is toffee, light fruit, grassy, taste is sweet, fruity, juicy.

Fiery orange with a heavy haziness, though it stops short of looking soupy. Smaller white head shows moderate retention.
Softer than its immediate predecessor, with more floral aspects, as well as brighter, more poignant lemon-like citrus. Light bubble gum lingers on the edges and no pine is noted, which is impressive given the PNW pedigree here. Candied orange mixes with succulent, honey-like malts and as it opens up, further complexities of peach, papaya and nectarine emerge. Graham cracker and biscuit contribute light dryness and help offset the fruit character, albeit gently. Very clean, no alcohol or resin.
Soft and round with a strong orange creamsicle-like character. Perhaps a bit more malt than usual, helping to contribute to this impression. Light bitterness at most, again impressive given the hops used. Some light pineapple and pine linger gently. Notes of potpourri, orange-flavored tea and other spice-like notes emerge with warming/breathing. Near-perfect texture here, as is often the case with Tree House.

Can thanks to Seth. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is mango, pineapple, dank, onion. Medium body, juicy, dank, citrus, onion, light bitterness, very good.

Sampled from bottle at Floris’s leaving tasting. Hazy yellow with white head. Sweet malts, wheat, tropical fruit, pineapple, melon, weedy and grassy hops. Moderate sweet and bitter. Can shared for Floris’s Leaving Beers at Gekke Geit. Very cloudy orange with an off white head. Aroma of herbal hops, tropical fruit, soft citrus and light wheat. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
