750ml bottle. Clear golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, honey, oak. Taste is juicy apple, some apple skin, oaky vanilla and tannins. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

75cl bottle from Beerritz, Leeds. Light and summery but a bit thin on taste. Slight vanilla and medium tartness with a small degree of acidity and just a touch of dryness on the finish.

Aroma is moderate apple, dry apples, tart apples, wood, barnyard notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, dry.
