Can. Thanks to Wolf. A light haze on this amber brown beer, small and very short lived bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied but rich tasting malts, aged caramel, a little malt cream, unsweet toffee underneath. Barrell bitterness and mild oak induced vanilla. The rum barrel is not particularly rummy but, does impart good boozy ripe fruits. A modest amount of alcohol spice on the airy and semi dry finish. Tidy barleywine, tastes rich and mature, just think the rum barrelling should be delivering more.
