--Keg at Ols Brauhaus am Hafen, Oldenburg. -- Clear amber, small head. Caramelly, bready nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, tobacco and bread. Low bitterness.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Looks more like a Kellerbier than a typical Dunkles. Aroma a mild mix of hazelnut and caramel. Taste is bittersweet with a mild roasted bitterness at the finish. Faintly metallic and moderate grainy. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Easygoing and too understated.

330ml bottle [thanks Sannie!]. Clear, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge, caramel, butterscotch. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel and dark malty, hints of caramel and malt lozenge; minimally metallic finish. Watery texture, dry, minimally repellent palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very simple, cautious, rather boring - underwhelming.

(Bottle) Dark amber till copper colored, clear with an off-white head. The Aroma is a mix of caramel, a little metal, herbal hops and and grain. The taste is medium bodied, caramel, malty with a herbal finish.

Süffiger, moderat malziger Beginn. Süßlich, wenig herb, eher laffer Hintergrund. Konstante Aromatik, weich, mittellanger Abgang. Okay. 8/8/9/8/7/8

Many thanks to WillemsUrenkel! Smooth mild beginning. Hints of grain, moderate bitter with a nice and fruity finish. Not much bitterness, caramelly grainy parts, nice.
