330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours pale yellow with a light sparkle. Light lemon curd aroma. Taste is quite accessible & sweet for a Spanish cider, a touch sickly but still moderately light with soft hints of green apple.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe online store. Clear golden colour, fizzy, with ashort-lived white foam head and aroma of vinegary sour apple. Taste is sweetish tart apple, slight woody oak, some acidity and tannins. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, high carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

Bottle, 5%, small quickly dissapearing bubbly head, leather funky aroma with some apples in the back, same traits in flavour but with a stronger appley presence, quite dry but with a light sweetness. Very nice and interesting,Q @)? E= good with food.

In bottles at Indaba, Edinburgh. Pours golden with steady bubbles and no head (of course). The nose is of sour apples. The apples on the taste are not sour but definitely very dry. The palate is medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall, if the carbonation was slightly less, this might be very good.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color. Aroma of apples, a bit of apple skin, light sulphury hints and a faint sugary note. Sweetish-sourish apples flavor with a sugary hint and a drier, tart finish. Pretty simple but very refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale golden color with a fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity tart apple aroma. Fruity tart sour apple flavor. Has a fruity tart dry apple finish.

Bottle 330ml.Initial sparkling, a clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully to mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, artificial. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, apple, tart, artificial, sweet apple, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is fizzy - lively. [20120317]
